ASI customer service representatives, located at the COE, keep diligent and detailed service records for each customer, assisting our field engineers in identifying the problem machine even before they arrive on campus. Utilizing the COE dispatch service structure streamlines the diagnostic and repair procedures while minimizing downtime of your laundry equipment.
COE dispatchers go through a comprehensive training program including quality customer care, common washer and dryer maintenance issues, reimbursement and problem solving resolution. Ensuring our customer service representatives are proficient in the most common issues that may arise, we can often assist an onsite staff member through remedying a machine's operational issue if a field engineer is not readily available.
